OK so hi and happy Blogmas day 3, before i start i would just like to say sorry for this post being a day late, I've been soo busy and aren't my usual organized self but it just means there will be another post tomorrow as today was supposed to be the break day. Away from all of that, today i am going to talk about how i decorate for Christmas and telling you hacks on how you can decorate too!
Fairy/Christmas lights
I'm definitely the type of person that would love their room filled with fairy lights all year round but if you do this it can be hard for it to actually look and feel festive when it is December so you could try switching things up and putting them in different places, also warm toned fairy lights totally makes a room feel so much more cozy.
Christmas trees
This is more for if you have your own tree whether that be a normal tree or mini one like me. I find it easiest by starting with the lights, then the tinsel (or ribbon etc) and finally actually decorating the tree with baubles and ornaments. Advent Calendars
This isn't really about decorating but before December starts you are probably overwhelmed by all of the different types of calendars and yes i will admit that i have been there too but sometimes its nice to keep it simple with your favourite chocolate one.
Buying decorations
At Christmas time all the shops usually have a pretty big isle dedicated to Christmas stuff but they can be really expensive so if you like crafting and already have some supplies at home, buying DIY Christmas decorations from places like Hobby Craft can be so much cheaper.
